This was my first time at this steakhouse. I was disappointed how the mistake was handled. One of our Bone Ribeye steak was severely undercook. Our Ribeye Steak came out Blue when we requested for Med-Rare. The server brought it in for the chef to re-cook the steak that has been cut up. No other steakhouse would re-cook a cut up steak,. They had always recooked a new one. We waited an additional 15-20 minutes which the manager came and told us which was fine. While we waited our glasses were empty, had to flag down the waiter a couple times to top up our water. Overall, I would give this experience a 3/5, the other mains that were cooked properly deserves a 4.5/5. I will probably not return to this restaurant anytime soon in the near future.

The service was amazing. My steak came out overcooked the first time. Was corrected but means waiting while party has to start eating. Again the server was awesome. Could also invest in some sharp steak knives 😀.

We were celebrating our son's 19th birthday and everything was great. Attentive service, fabulous food and calm atmosphere, could not ask for anything else. You definitely get what you pay for!

We had great service and food was good overall, enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and cauliflower soup, both delicious. Ordered steak and chicken dishes which were plenty and overall tasty.

Went to this restaurant for New Years Eve party of 6 people. 3 ordered filet mignon, all 3 not cooked to order. 1 went back 3 times , and was not cooked as ordered, 1 sent back and took 30 min to be recooked, so that person ate alone. Berenaise sauce ( extra charge ) came out cold and when asked to have it warmed we were told it can’t be served warm.

Wife had Sea Bass she enjoyed her meal, I had bone in rib steak, flavour was good steak was very thin and lots of fat, steak so thin you couldn't see how it was cooked, asked for medium rare but was kind of like well as steak was so thin, waitress was ok little slow on drinks but fine, well over priced for steak, Sea Bass good value

There for New Years Eve and found them very accommodating. We require comfortable straight back chairs not the sloped back chairs they mostly have. Very hard to eat from them. Had a lovely time. Will go again.
