Step into our historic building, and you will immediately be greeted by its red-brick walls, exposed beams, and intimate bar space leading to an open and airy dining room and our fantastic back patio set for outdoor dining and conversations around our fire pit (weather permitting!).

Sit at the bar to enjoy an artisanal beer or oak-aged bourbon alongside a quick bite of charcuterie meats and cheeses, crispy brussels sprouts, or shark fries. Or venture into the heart of Copper Shark for a leisurely chef-inspired meal created by Chef Matthew Audette.

In addition to seasonal masterpieces, you can always count on classic cuisine like our petite filet, soup du jour and pot du creme. Weather permitting, we encourage you to cozy up next to our courtyard fire pit.

Sundays we only have Brucnh service

We picked copper shark for our 8th anniversary and it was amazing! Everything from the vibe, to the service, to the food was on point, they even wrote us a little happy anniversary sign on the table! Kennedy was our server and was super sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks and food all came out quickly. Try the smoked cocktails- the presentation in a little smoking leather chest was incredible! We tried the whipped ricotta app with house baked bread and could bathe in it, it was so delicious. We split the tomahawk steak and duck bolognese pasta, both amazing and plenty to take home. How did I not know they make homemade pasta daily!? So hard to find around here and now that I know, can’t wait to come back regularly. The manager even came to say hi, he seems like such a great guy and truly cares about the quality of food and service that they offer, this really sealed the deal about how awesome this place is! Thanks for making our anniversary special, we can’t wait to come back and try the whiskey flights next time!

I’ve been here before and had a much better experience. But this was a total bust. The fried calamari and shrimp had an attractive presentation, and good flavor with a basic aoli dipping sauce and I loved the shishito peppers but three shrimp and 5 pieces of calamari was highly disappointing. Felt like a rip off. I ordered the ceaser salad which was good, and I liked the fresh anchovies but nothing to write home about. I had the ribeye for dinner. The steak was beyond fatty. I love a good ribeye, but this was just not a good cut of meat. The potatoes were over cooked and way too crunchy. The best part about it was the asparagus. It felt incredibly overpriced for that piece of meat. I finished with the key lime pie for dessert. That was well done. And I would definitely recommend it. Honestly the best part of the meal. But I don’t know if it’s worth coming back again. The service was great. Front of the house nailed it. But back of house must have made some unfortunate changes. It was just far too mediocre.

Food was delicious. Had butternut squash soup and salmon. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us at the door. But were sat. Otherwise service was excellent.

We sat at the bar. The service was amazing. The happy hour drinks were good but not as strong as I would have preferred. We ordered the duck confit quesadilla and the steak tartare appetizers both of which were delicious. The butternut squash soup was out of this world. I would go back seriously just for that soup. Loved the atmosphere! Overall, a great place!!

Nice ambiance but disappointing experience. Our friend asked for corn tortillas (can’t eat gluten) and was given flour. The manager apologized & said they would comp that meal. Well, we were actually charged for an additional meal and comped for a side instead. Two orders of pancakes served without butter & syrup. Not a biggie but it should be a given (or they could have asked when serving the food).

The noise in the main restaurant seemed louder than the smaller side room we were in.
