To my knowledge, there is nothing else like Copper Dome in Tulsa. Full meals, other than the 3-course Chef's menu, are available only Friday and Saturday nights. Sundays are reserved for "Sunday Supper," which is a buffet from late afternoon to evening. Other evenings feature a series of small plates. Our group sampled almost all the small plates that were offered. Summarized in one word, "incredible!" Wine list prices are reasonable, and although the list is brief, it offers a fairly broad spectrum of varietal choices. Other plusses are: plenty of FREE parking, attentive waitstaff, and a relaxing atmosphere, although the background music was a little loud for us. We will definitely return--repeatedly, for we are told the menu changes regularly. You do not want to miss this one-of-a-kind restaurant. The entrance driveway is a little difficult to see in the dark, but look for the attractive round Silo sign.

Amazing experience. My wife and I didn't know what to expect with the Chef's selection, but it exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious. Spencer the Bartender was a great mixologist! Highly recommend.

The Good Stuff: 1. The restaurant is quaint and eclectic. 2. The food is excellent … very gourmet. 3. The food presentation is marvelous! The not so good comments: 1. The service is aweful. Courses were served 30+ minutes apart! 2. The wait staff is rude and untrained; way too informal for this establishment. 3. There is no host or hostess to greet and direct diners upon arrival. Even Pizza Hut has this amenity!! 4. The servings are tapas style (very small portions). You won’t leave feeling full if you eat off the 3 or 4 course menu. 5. The entry is uninviting and obscure. 6. Too many details are overlooked. A. The steak was served without a steak knife. B. The bar had no copper mugs for its Moscow Mules. C. The soup was served without no soup spoon. Suggestions: 1. Light the pathway between the silo and the restaurant entrance. 2. Put a lighted SILO Restaurant sign over the restaurant entrance. 3. Employ a host/hostess to greet and seat guests. 4. Improve wait staff training and dress code. 5. Buy a few copper mugs for your Moscow Mules (or take them off of the drink menu). 6. Take down the two strips of poorly installed wallpaper on either side of the feature wall. 7. Have the chef come into the dining room during the serving and introduce himself. 8. Speed up the service. No one here in Tulsa wants to take two hours to eat a three course tapas meal! 9. Advertised the restaurant as a gourmet tapas establishment. Recommend the full-course chef’s special if you want a real meal. FINAL COMMENT If nothing changes this place will never make it in Tulsa long-term!

It was delicious! My husband and I eat very different things and were both happy. My favorite was the creative presentation - tiny maple leaf finish, “wheat” row by my husband’s steak, a snowflake on top of my salmon, a pastry that smoked when we cracked it open, and a dessert that is the restaurant’s namesake (pair it with the white Taylor port!!). Everything was farm to table, beautiful, clever, and delicious. We will be back. ❤️

Lovely experience unlike any other we’ve experienced in Tulsa. The grounds were fun to explore and the restaurant was tucked away off of a nice pathway that led to a terrace and entrance. The ambiance is so warm and inviting, the Christmas tree added a personal touch that made us feel like we were visiting friends or family. The Sunday dinner service was interesting because everything was served at once similar to dining with family at home. Everything was good, the salad was fresh, the smoked salmon dip was delicious and warm and we loved the cornbread. The Mac & cheese was rich and creamy and the other pasta had steak and chicken in it and that was great too. We will be back to try more serving styles and menu items.

Great ambiance and quiet setting. Our food and cocktails were incredible. I wasn’t overly hungry and our waiter suggested splitting the 3 course Chef’s tasting which was perfect.
