   Nice experience at the Copper Cellar. The food and service were good. The Prime rib was excellent. We did wait about 20 minutes after our reserved time and they were behind on everyone’s table. They were giving everyone the “we’re just cleaning off a table for you and we’ll have you seated shortly.” Just be up front with people….Other than the wait, it was a good experience.

   Very lovely atmosphere. Hard working crew, keeping an eye on tables and appeared to be a team effort. Critique- perhaps consider a 1.5 hour limit to dining on Friday nights. Our reservation as many at the same time setting were delayed being seated on reservation time and told “they haven’t left the table yet.” It’s a great place to hang out and catch up no doubt but holding tables for so long hurts.

   My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Copper Cellar West. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. We had crab stuffed mushrooms, filets, spinach Maria, blue cheese grits and home fries. Dessert was a delicious brownie with ice cream and fudge sauce. Our server did a wonderful job spacing out the meal and checking with us throughout our evening. Thank you for a job well done!

   With our reservation we were seated immediately. Our food was delicious and our service was excellent. One of my favorite places in Knoxville to eat.

   Prime rib was excellent. Spinach Maria was okay, but a little undercooked for our taste. Raw flavor was strong. Server Rebecca did an excellent job.

   This restaurant always meets or exceeds our expectations. Nice wine list Great steaks and specials. Oh and the crab cakes❤️

   Food was excellent. Service was good but slow - seemed like not enough staff. Probably (hopefully) a one off but we could hardly hear each other talk because of large group right in the middle of the restaurant.
