Gosh this was such an amazing experience! Treated well for me and my best friends night out. She was in from outta town and I had one night to take her one place and I’m glad I picked copper and salt. My wait staff was unbelievably sweet, Byron and kthe bartender Kaeden took great care of us! Kaeden deserves a raise he’s so sweet! Loved every aspect of our dinner, the restaurant, cooks, and wait staff. Can’t wait to visit again, and hopefully stay in one of the gorgeous rooms! Thanks again copper and salt for a wonderful experience dining with you.

The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, sleek, and elegant, with fantastic views. The restrooms were sparkling. The staff were very willing to help one person in our party get a chair that was more comfortable. Our wait person was patient with us and let us stay until they needed the table for dinner. (Our group needed time to really catch up with each other as we hadn't seen each other for a while.) There was one problem however: I had the Caeser salad which was good, though it could have used more parmesan cheese, but the chicken that came with it wasn't edible in my view. It was so dry that I took it home to put some sauce on it before I could eat it. I've had juicy and luscious chicken with Caeser salad and this wasn't it. One person in our group had pasta that didn't come with any salad or vegetable. There was no bread and olive oil or butter for the table. Everything has to be ordered in addition. Otherwise it was a really nice lunch experience.

Haley our server was amazing, busy as it was Valentine’s weekend but she was in top of it. Kitchen was on top of the food as well which was just impressive, as I know it was a long week/weekend for them all. One opportunity I would give is that when two people are sharing dishes please bring share plates and a serving utensil (like a spoon for your delicious pasta) automatically. I don’t think a guest should have to ask the food runner when every single coarse that is delivered for those items. Your food, drinks and service is some of the best in Tacoma! Thank you for a lovely evening. P.S. I am still thinking about that lamb ragu pasta with those incredible mushrooms and that lovely tiramisu!

Our server was wonderful and our meal was ok . Our issue was the hostess on staff that morning . Rude and condescending.

We enjoyed Coopper and Salt but it was very loud in the restaurant. We had a hard time hearing what each person in our group was saying. The food was really good and the service was excellent.

I felt they were not very hospitable. I made my reservation almost a month in advanced and requested a booth and received a chair. The waitress was very rude and she took our order, delivered and never saw again till check time. The food was meh, over priced and no value except the scenery. The drinks were good, over price, little value since they were very small. I would definitely plan not to go here again and use the restaurants next door that share the same parking lot.

Excellent menu, waitstaff and food! We hadn’t been there since it opened 4 years ago with a limited menu. This restaurant will now be on my go to often list.
