   Took an hour and 15 mins for us to receive our food. Manager had no sense of urgency. Every table waited at least an hour for their food. Manager approached his customers to apologize. The server said the kitchen was backed up. There were only about 8 tables with ppl. Manager was the one who served our food but never apologized for the wait time. But of course when the table next to ours food was being served he came over and apologized for the wait. And thanked them for their patience. I had my 1 year old baby not a single consideration from the management staff. Server however was great

   All in all great vibes and great setting. Biggest dissatisfaction was the fact our waiter did not advise us on dishes or drinks that were unavailable prior to ordering. 3 dishes and 1 drink were “waiting on the Monday shipment”. Advice would be to go early in the week to ensure a full menu.

   Came for a birthday brunch with family. -Beautiful/trendy atmosphere -The corn hash / side of potatoes/ classic eggs Benedict were delicious. The potatoes were a table fav & the steak on the hash was cooked perfectly. -The biscuits & gravy were just okay. The gravy was spicy & had tons of flavor but the biscuits were very dry. The gravy was definitely needed to offset the well done biscuits. -The service was a bit slow but eventually picked up. - The least favorite part of our meal was the cast iron cinnamon roll. There was nothing sweet about this & taste like a black cup of coffee sprinkled with cinnamon if you could imagine that. We do plan to go back to try lunch /dinner & overall we’re happy with the visit just needs a few tweaks.

   Perfect place to spend a night out to celebrate out 9th wedding anniversary. I would also not hesitate to take the family out to dinner there either. Perfect balance of space for privacy and chill ambiance, but also comfortable enough for any occasion. We will be back!

   This was a second visit because the food was so delicious on my first visit. However, my meal the second time around was not nearly as delicious the first time. A manager graciously offered to remake or have another dish. If I could have the first experience all over again, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

   4 first timers had a wonderful evening. Our dinners were all great scallops; short ribs clearly stood out with the shrimp and grits & pasta dish right behind! Let me not forget the fabulous bacon wrapped dates and great old fashion. The house red wine rates as one of the best house wines I have ever had. Great night wish it was closer to our Chicagoland home to visit more frequently!!!

   This is a nice place, everything presented well. Food was just ok. Not crazy about the menu selection. Probably would not return, often.For the value you can go to better places .

    I had the blackened tacos, and they were delicious. They have a local singer playing guitar on Wednesday evenings, he is great !! The drinks were good, they have some specialty drinks that are NOT overpriced, like some restaurants. Overall, the place is great. I definitely recommend Copper & Sage.
