   You can never go wrong with Copa Cabana. Took my wife here for a date and she enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

   I recently visited this branch, and unfortunately, the service was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed unpolished, and the overall experience was disappointing. Adding to the frustration, there was an 18% mandatory gratuity included in the service fee, which felt undeserved given the poor service quality. In contrast, I have visited the Niagara Falls branch, and it was a completely different experience—polite and professional staff, a wonderful environment, and even more reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Niagara Falls location over this one.

   Table was ready when we arrived. Great music. A bit loud for a conversation. Food service was extremely slow. Some items we ordered just never arrived. We were at a table furthest from the main walkways, and felt very ignored by most of the meat servers. Had to ask specifically for items to come around. Servers would serve all the tables closest to the main walkways, and then turn their back to our table and not come by. Found that very disappointing. After 2 hours, I ate very little, and was still wanting some meat. At that point, we were told that we are at our time limit. I felt like saying “if we actually had good service, we would have been out of here an hour ago”. Their competitor Tuoro by far is a much more enjoyable experience, with top notch service. Don’t think I will go back to Copacabana.

   There were some discount events, and the food was fresh and really delicious. Most of the servers were friendly as well. However, I was a bit disappointed that even though I mentioned it was my friend's birthday, we didn’t receive any special service.

   I am a frequent customer but today’s experience is pretty disappointing. The food we order was not available, but the server kept telling us it’s coming and wait for 1 hour

   We have a seating limit of 2 hours, very well; With the unlimited drink option, I received only one drink in 1 hr 10 minutes (waiting for the server/ bartender to serve) , food came out late , they hardly did enough rounds in time (before we got full just waiting.. ) our vegetarian friend didn’t eat for the first 45 minutes, my mother got hot grease splashed on her pants and our server accidentally spilled a drink , onto my dads jacket. It’s safe to say we will never put money for Copa Cabana again, too expensive on all fronts and it’s not worth it anymore. We went there for our brothers birthday and really regret it . They did give him a free meal for birthday, but nothing else was done. We expressed to the manager how bad the service was , he apologised smiling and said “he’ll speed things up”. Copa cabana is not what it was. Sadly.

   I have been to this location a few times and the past experiences have been great. However, this time I went (on a Saturday night), it was not the best experience especially for the price range. When I first entered, the hostess completely ignored me 3 times even though I was standing right in front of her and trying to make eye contact, while she proceeded to check other guests in. When we were seated, it took the server about 10-15 mins before she came around to give us water and explain everything to us. All the appetizers came on time, server missed one of the drinks, which was ordered through their QR code system, which we needed to remind her of, however we did not get any meats until at least 30 mins into our meal (keep in mind there is a 2 hour seating limit). When the carver did come around, it was the same Parmesan steak 4 times or chicken, meanwhile we watched other tables receive other varieties of steak. After we sat for about 45 mins or so, the show came on where there were dancers and sparkler which was pretty entertaining. I eventually had to ask our sever if we could get other varieties and after 10-15 minutes two rounds of steak came. After that, one of the carvers were really nice and said if we needed more we can speak to him. However, he never came around. After that we waited another 15-20 minutes again, he came with more steak. We eventually had to request what we wanted to come around, otherwise it would Parmesan steak. Usually when I came in the past, I only had to request one two items such as the pineapple. We didn’t even end up trying everything. Not because we were full but because the carver never came around. When it was time to get the bill, it took us 10 - 15 mins to flag her down. She came back with the bill with no machine and left. At this point, we weren’t sure if she was going to take another 10-15 minutes to bring the machine so we just left cash on the table and left.
