Everything from the snobby hostess attitude, who wouldn't wait to seat us while we finished our wine tasting, to our servers snotty greeting and snide attitude, were terrible on this visit. We asked for a decanter, she rudely demanded if we were wine club members and what our number was, then when she begrudgingly brought to the table, inexplicably poured us two glasses of wine without using the decanter, which was left empty?? Then our filet we had ordered medium rare, arrived cut butterflied and well done. When we asked about it, our server couldn't have cared less, made us put the steak bits on a plate which she then took back to the kitchen. 20 minutes later we had heard nothing, and everyone else was done eating. I had to track down a manager to explain what happened and try to get rectification. We are long-time wine club members, and have never had such horrible service. Sadly we will be canceling our membership and no longer returning to Cooper’s Hawk.

From the welcome to the server, food, and atmosphere, I truly enjoyed my dining experience! The parmesan shrimp scampi was wonderful!

Phenomenal experience for my 23rd birthday with family. We were seated in the first booth in the main dining room next to a party table of 6-8. Our server (she) did an excellent job!

We have eaten at Cooper's Hawk several times before. Last night it took 2.5 hours to have dinner. The food was excellent but the service was extremely poor. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks, 20 minutes to get our appetizer, 30 minutes after ordering to get our dinner and 15 -20 minutes to get dessert after ordering it. Between each course we sat there 10-20 minute to order the next. All three times the waitress never returned with update on the delay or after we got each she never returned to ask if we needed anything else. I emphasize the food was excellent but with such poor service we probably will never return.

Definitely need to make a reservation if eating on a Saturday night. Went at 515 and they were already out of 2 items on the menu. The food is good.
