                                                                                          We ordered the brussel sprouts, over done. For my main meal I ordered pork chop which were not as good as the last time I had them. Order the drunken shrimp which were to well done. I was very disappointed

                                                                                          We love Coopers and are regular clients. But we are finding the food is WAY TOO SALTY. ITS GETTING WORSE. Service was spotty today. We did not get our reserved table. Waitress was lovely. We are wine members. We will continue to call this our favorite restaurant, but the overly salted food is beginning to be too much

                                                                                          2nd trip to cooper's hawk. I could tell the waiter was inexperienced. I'm sure he will do better in the future after he gets more experience. Still, it was a very good time.

                                                                                          All around we had a really great experience. Service was excellent. We had a reservation for 7pm and we were seated early. Waitress was fantastic. As first-timers she explained everything and gave suggestions to try. We felt very welcome and not rushed like some restaurants these days. Music was on point. Sampled some wines and started with the lettuce wraps - all delicious. Tried the PBJ old fashioned which was unique and flavorful as well. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the steak crusts were superb on my wife’s trio of medallions. We will definitely be back again!
