I frequently visit Cooper’s Hawk in Sarasota almost every weekend with my fiancée and sister In law, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Shelley and Anthony. They truly elevate the experience with their attentiveness and care. Shelley, in particular, went above and beyond by explaining the wine club membership in such a thorough and engaging way—because of her, we’re now proud members! Anthony is equally fantastic—always with a friendly smile, quick to offer recommendations, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Every time we visit, the food is consistently excellent, and we always leave satisfied. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, this place always delivers. I rate it on a 5-boom meter, and this visit definitely earns the full 5 booms!

We love Coopers Hawk! The food is delicious, our server, Shelly, was fantastic, attentive, helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed their wine tasting bar and the overall value is exceptional! Couldn’t ask for a better date night experience.

We had a wonderful experience, our waiter, Kenny was amazing and super attentive! Our dinners were perfection, everything was cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to go back!!

Though it was very busy the service was fantastic and informative. The January wine ( vin noir) was superb. Our meals were excellent as well as the desserts. Overall a delightful evening.

The menu at Cooper’s Hawk never disappoints us. We tried a few new items today and were very satisfied with the preparation and the taste. Enjoyed our wine as we sat in the bar area.
