Our server was excellent!!! The food delicious and good portions. The back room was very cozy and not as loud which made it perfect for talking with our friends.

This is the worse CH restaurant that I’ve ever been to. I go to a lot of CH restaurants since I’m a 3-bottle wine club member. This CH restaurant in Orland Park didn’t have the same luxurious vibe or ambience that I’m accustomed to from other CH restaurants. Our server didn’t really pay attention to our table and it took forever for our server to give us our bill. When I finally received our bill, it took forever again for our server to come back to get my credit card. So I ended up having to go to the front to pay my bill because my guests needed to leave already. Overall, I’m never going back to this restaurant ever again. Lesson learned.

We had an amazing server named Amanda. Her service & her sweet nature made our meal even taste better. Cooper’s Hawk is always on par with food quality and atmosphere but a good server is the bow on the present!

Out of all the Copper’ Hawks locations, we would say this location is the one that needs management attention. We have had the privilege to dined at multiple Cooper’s Hawks locations, including in other states. I have spoken to one of their management representatives in their corporate office. Who was apologetic about our experiences at this location before and encouraged us to give that location a try again. It’s unfortunate that we did and the outcome was exactly the same. I had to asked to speak to the manager that night and spoke to Nicole, who was apparently could care less. As much as I dislike leaving this type of review on one of my go too dinner choices. I have say that this location is the closest to me, will have to instead dine elsewhere or go to their other location in Downer Grove IL.
