My experience was amazing. I enjoyed my food. Autumn recommended an appetizer that I would never have tried if I have came by myself. She even let my try samples of wine that was amazing. I will definitely come back to this location thanks to my experience thanks to Autumn.

Excellent lunch and good service. Had the combination of Caesar salad and roasted vegetables and goat cheese flatbread. Enough to bring home. Prices in general are high.

Well, I was very disappointed with our dining experience last Saturday night (11/16/24). Our group included five of us. We went to the Naperville Cooper’s Hawk to celebrate my 70th birthday. Our reservation was for 7:00 pm. The restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated fairly quickly. However, the service was slow and somewhat chaotic. We ordered drinks and my wife’s Chardonnay was lukewarm and had to be sent back. And, we waited at least 10 mins for all the drinks to arrive. Our three guests received their food after a lengthy delay. However, it took an additional ten or so minutes for my wife’s two appetizers to arrive. My dinner never came! One of the managers stopped by our table to make sure everything was great, as I’m sure he expected. When we told about my missing food, he left to find out what had happened. He never returned to our table. Instead, we informed our server, and she went to determine what had happened. Then another supervisor arrived with my food in a take home container, since by that time everyone had eaten. I was beyond frustrated, especially since it was supposed to be a joyful celebration. Ironically, I told our guests as we sat down that we never have had a bad experience dining at CH. The server brought us two slices of cake, which I didn’t ask for and two truffles with a candle that wasn’t lit. She also gave us a “dinner for ONE” coupon. It was.a nice jester, but, quite frankly, it should have been for two, since I would never go out to dinner by myself. This experience embarrassed us with our friends and put a damper on my birthday celebration. My wife and I have been wine club members for years. We began dining at Cooper’s Hawk when the first restaurant was opened in Orland Park over a decade ago. We have frequented many other locations both in the Chicagoland area and in Cincinnati over many years. I’m not sure we will continue with our wine club membership and be regular patrons.
