It was our first time at Coopers Hawk and definitely not our last. The menu has something for everyone including vegetarian and healthy options.

Our waiter, Wes, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly for us. As always, the food was excellent. We really enjoy Cooper's Hawk!

Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to ask to have dirty plates, etc. removed from the table. Otherwise, she did a fine job.

The best part of our experience was the quality of the service. We all found our meals to be lacking seasoning. I had the short rib risotto. If there was any short rib in the dish, it was very scant. My wife's chicken picatta was over saturated with lemon and the chicken had even less seasoning than the risotto. I had a much better experience at the Springfield IL location. Not sure this most recent experience would have us considering the Middleton location as a dinner option in the future.

We had a Sunday evening dinner with my 2 cousins. We started at the bar and noticed the drink prices went up! $16.00 for a margarita? I only had one at that price. It was not busy so it was a nice quiet evening and our food was plentiful and good. I had the flatbread combo and ate it all. My husband had the mahi sandwich and my cousins had salads. Beautiful place and we really enjoyed the atmosphere.

If the Cooper’s Hawk Oscar is on the menu, highly recommend. Pair with the cab lux. Meal was outstanding.
