We had a reservation at Cooper’s Hawk on the Country Club Plaza, but unfortunately, it took an hour and 20 minutes past our scheduled time to be seated. Despite the excessive delay, the manager's only offer to make up for the inconvenience was a free glass of wine and a dessert—hardly sufficient for wasting so much of our evening. It felt as though our time was undervalued. To add to the disappointment, I had the worst Old Fashioned I’ve ever tasted. For a restaurant with Cooper’s Hawk’s reputation, I expected far better. Sadly, this experience left us questioning whether we’ll return.

We had a reservation for 6:15 and didn’t get sat until around 7:45 after being told the wait was 20-30 minutes. The hostesses weren’t really updating anyone on their position in line unless they were asked directly. The lobby was very full and warm and made the hour and a half wait pretty stressful. The service was quick, but not one person apologized for the wait or even mentioned it. Most likely will not be going back to this location.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in Cooper’s hawk. My husband and I have not been on a date night for over a year. We decided to get a babysitter and use a gift card we got last Christmas. We made reservations for 5pm. We got there at 4:50, the hostess completely ignored me for 5 mins while I was standing directly in front of her to check in, we then didn’t get sat until 5:30, we already knew what we wanted to eat because we had so much time to look at the menu. The first thing I ordered they were out of (okay, fine no biggie), then I ordered something else they were out of that as well…, then I ordered a third dish, completely out… what in the world?! Finally found an option that was in stock. Food was okay. We finished eating, waited on our check for 40 mins. I asked the manager walking around for it twice; she said she would get our waiter. Finally he comes back and we give them our gift card and cash for the rest. It takes them 17 mins to get us cash back. I really just wanted to enjoy a nice night out with my husband and instead it was far from enjoyable. We made the best out of it but I was extremely disappointed in all aspects of Coopers Hawk. I’ve been there many times with great service but this was enough to make me never want to dine in again.

It was a busy Christmas season night so didn’t have quite the great experience we usually have. Our reservation time was delayed by 30 minutes which made it rushed for our after dinner plans.

It was so busy at their location, the staff was frazzled, the hostesses were very frazzled. We had a wait 30 minutes for our reservation. And it was so crowded in the entry area. We could not even purchase some of our wine to go because you could not get waited on.

I had made the reservation early this past week. When they called or table for four, they only had us down for two. It was a very busy night which I understand, however it took another 20-30 minutes past our reservation time.
