Food is ok but the service is so slow. We ordered out drinks, appetizer and dinner at same time. We waited a considerably long time to get our beverages. We waited with dirty dishes for a long time. My dinner plate had greasy fingerprints on it. I’m disappointed.

Another great visit. Wine tasting downstairs was one of the best we have had. Great mix of wines and our server was very attentive. We enjoy sitting in the upstairs bar. It’s a little quieter and we can catch some sports on the tvs. Dinner was excellent as usual, came out hot and everything ordered was correct.

Our server was not very attentive. Also we asked for separate checks when we ordered. When we had finished our meal, she brought one check. She did, however, rectify the situation. Also thought she should have been more attentive to our table during the meal. I think she only checked in on our table once.

My husband and I dined at Coopers Hawk last evening. Because I have celiac, my options for restaurants are limited. Coopers Hawk has great gluten free options, which makes them our favorite restaurant. Love their chicken parmesan! Our server, Kelly, was great. She was very attentive and positive. She helped to make our experience perfect.

My short ribs and vegetables were cold so that took from the experience. I was in Downers Grove hosting a work dinner so I didnt want to disrupt the meeting to ask for a new plate. Was disappointed but it happens.

We always enjoy dining at Coopers Hawk, the food, service and wine is always great but Drew makes everything 10 times better! His level of professionalism is commendable! He always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy! He should be nominated with best performance award!
