The taste of everything we ordered was excellent. However, I have a suggestion. I tried the daily special - Sonoma Chicken Sandwich. While this was an excellent tasting sandwich, it has a minor problem - the sour dough bread that it is served on is way too thin. The bread soaks up the juices and basically fall apart while you are eating it - also your fingers become quite a mess!

My wife & I always look forward to our CH visits. The wine tasting portion of our visit remains challenging. If you do not get there before the doors open, it's likely you won't get your tasting within the time frame you set aside for it. For us, we try to complete the tasting before we have lunch in the restaurant. We try to be flexible, and we appreciate how staff try to accommodate us. The menu & monthly specials offer a wide variety of tasty choices. We definitely appreciate the brunch menu! I like how the online reservation process allows us to make choices about time & seating. It's also nice to get the opportunity to share if there's a special reason for our visit. Unfortunately, it seems like that information doesn't always make it to staff, which leads to a little disappointment on our part.

If you’re dining in, ask for Ava, you’ll be glad you did. When we got Ava, it was supposed to be their day off. You would’ve thought that would foretell not so great an experience, but not at all… Aaaaamazing service - so much so that I asked to speak to the manager when we were finished to make sure he know what a treasure they have (he does!). Ava was the absolute best server we’ve ever (we’re original members) had! Cannot overstate what a fantastic dining experience we had, almost entirely due to Ava T!

I had the Chief Special Scallops with brown butter. The Scallops smelled bad. But I spiked to the sweet since it was Birthday. But when I go home the scallops made me sick. Other than that I enjoy Copper's Hawk. This time it was a miss on the food.

I’m a wine club member, so let me start by saying I love me some coopys. The service is subpar every time lol. This isn’t abnormal, but today we sat there for 22 minutes before someone even came to the table for a drink order and the only reason someone came is because I asked another server if we had a server. Like it’s so weird, glorified Applebees lolol

When you walk in it feels like a winery in California, you forget you’re in downtown Easton. Servers were super knowledgeable about the wines and the wine subscription, wasn’t over pushy about it. Portion sizes are huge. My husband and I split a soup and salad and it was still too much food. Started with meatballs, seafood bisque and Cesar salad, all delicious. Then I had the butternut squash gnocchi and my husband had the day glazed salmon with wasabi mash potatoes- both delicious, his might have better than mine! Deducted a star fur service because we had a server in training that messed up his salmon order and our wine flights didn’t come until after our appetizers, which was a bummer, I wanted to pair them with what I ordered. Wine flight is a great deal! The wine serving in each cup is almost a full glass!

Poor start. Table set for 5 even though reservations were 6. Had to wait way too long for cocktails, apps, and desserts. Had to ask several times for silverware. Appetizers were good - entrees were mediocre at best. Very disappointed in overall experience. Not going to go back
