Amazing service by Gwen. She is our go-to for our Date nights because of her friendliness, order accuracy, helpful advice on menu items, and wine knowledge. The Manager TJ was also first class. When you have a plate overcooked or botched it is nice to have someone with the correct response. $hit happens at restaurants, so we don’t get upset. We give the Manager the chance to handle it appropriately. Surprisingly we had a dish overcooked. We mentioned it to Gwen, he response was perfect and then she got TJ to get management involved. TJ’s response was exactly what you would expect from a class A restaurant. No excuses, no diversion, just the appropriate agreement, solution, and offer of dessert. We drive from Surprise to go to the Chandler restaurant because of GWEN! and the Team in Chandler. We will be back…again and again.

The restaurant was super busy. Must have been understaffed. We were seated at our reservation time. Took ten minutes before we were greeted by our waitress. She apologized for our delay. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Only received half of our appetizers. Didn’t even bring it to the waitress's attention'. Took 30 minutes before my son received his kiddy cocktail. Manager came over and apologized for the delay also. We received our main entrees an hour after we sat down. Food was good! Ordered 2 different deserts and my wife ordered a Baileys on ice. Our deserts showed up before my wives drink. Food was good. Service was subpar. Lots of apologies. At no time was any compensation offered to us for our 2 hour dinner. Also we’re Club members.

Although the restaurant wasn’t that crowded, food took an hour to arrive at our table. I would not choose this restaurant if you are on a lunch hour and don’t have unlimited time.

Very busy a noisy place difficult to carry conversation. Service was very good and pleasant. Food was tasty and large portions, easy to share. We were happy with our choice to have dinner there.

Went for a work event. Our waitress did not check on us, did not offer refills, got our steaks wrong, never apologized and did not offer to cover anything! Very sad about the service. Sent the steaks back and got them back but overall dissapointed!
