Hostess was rude when I asked how long the wait was for our reservation. It seems like the tables are never ready on time. We were seated right next to two obnoxious women that were clearly drunk and problematic from the tasting room. Food took 45 minutes. I appreciated that the waiter comped the appetizer. However we were looking forward to having the seasonal cheesecake but by the time we finally got the food I just wanted to get the heck out of there.

We eat at Coopers Hawk all the time, but first time at this location. We put our order in right away and it was close to an hour before our bottle of wine came. We finished our appetizer before we had to flag down a manager to bring our bottle. We went to pick up some bottles on the way out. We put in our order and the woman went in the back and never came out with our wine. We had to find another associate to assist. Not going back to this location again.

Our experience with wine tasting was excellent but the service during dinner was extremly slow. We had reservations for 7:00 and probably sat down around 7:15. We didn’t get our dinner served until almost 8:45. We are long time wine club members and unfortunately this had been our experience at this locations several times before too. Very disappointing.

We were put in a room with tables so close together that servers had to find creative lengthy routes to get to people. Sound level was deafening, not energetic. Had to shout to person across a 4top. Short rib OK, but mashed potatoes were watery and roasted vegetables undercooked. Won’t be going back to this venue.

Always good food friendly service and good wine! We have a group that we regularly go with and try to get there early so we can have lunch. Same great food smaller portions.

The Hosted very unprofessional. We walk in it took her 2 minutes for her to notice us laughing making jokes with her coworkers I had to ask her can you take care of us.

Had lunch around 1:30 for six. Seated right away. Excellent meal. Not rushed. Service excellent. Flatbreads make a great appetizer and the Mahi Mahi was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food.
