This was our 4th time and the food is always great! Tonight was close to Valentine’s Day . Could be why the service was not good. Not sure. We were waiting for drinks a few times, had to find and call over the server , I had plates pile d in front often me from appetizers for an uncomfortable length of time…

Excellent food, very nice atmosphere, and top noth service with fair pricing. To me, the mark of a good restaurant is not perfection but how they respond when something inevitably goes wrong. Something did go wrong on my visit and our waitress took care of it and even alerted the manager for a double check. The situation was handled perfectly and professionally and it made for a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back.

4th time eating their and food was a little off. Service by Vito was exceptional !!!!! we were disappointed with brussels sprouts, they were loaded with oils. I know they are deep fried from the past they’ve been crispy and lighter, this time they oozed of the deep fry oil which was unpleasant. Tuna entree was very good but wife had salmon and it was her 3rd time having it and least favorite. Color seemed off and was bland. Will try again but hope they step it up

My wife and I have eaten at various Cooper Hawk locations from Chicago, to Columbus, Grand Rapids, Orange and Avon, Ohio. Each time the food is exceptional and the service very good and accommodating. We will continue to keep Coopers Hawk on our favorite list.

Although we are giving the "outstanding" review, there was a glitch with getting our table. We had a 3:30 reservation and we arrived at 3:15. Since our table wasn't ready yet, they offered us to go into the tasting room, where we were given complimentary samples of wine while we waited. Unfortunately, our table wasn't ready until 4:15, but this was Valentine's Day and since we were treated so well in the tasting room, we were willing to forgive the mix-up and give the good rating!
