First the hostess couldn’t find the reservation that was made on open table but said “well we can still take you”. I provided the confirmation number. Next our server Chris O came to our table and said he’s trying to catch up and had a food allergy he had to deal with. It took him quite a long time to get back to our table. Both of us are wine club members. He only took one card and said he would come back for the other. When he finally took our drink order and gave me back my card he never asked if we wanted to use our tastings or a bottle of wine from our wine of the month. Fast forward to paying our bill and Chris never used our tastings or rewards that we both had. When we asked about using our tasting for the glass of wine we had he first hesitated and then agreed. But when he came back he said to us “I don’t mean to be rude but you need to ask for us to use your wine tasting when you order”. Every other server or bartender in any of the others Coopers Hawk always first thing tell us what we have in rewards and ask if we want to use them. This server Chris O only wanted to pad the bill. Too bad he would have gotten a larger tip. I don’t think I even got credit for the visit on my loyalty card.

Came here for brunch. Decaf coffee is excellent; started with the delicious donuts! Ordered the hash and gnocchi brunch items-very good! First tome we tried the brunch and we will be back again. Our server was great as well.

Pre-dinner wine tasting of three wines pleasant. Awkward reception by an employee who takes you to your table once your table is ready. Waitress promptly asked whether party of four was celebrating anything and we confirmed it was a birthday celebration, however, nothing came of telling the waitress of our reason for dining. Disappointed to be asked and nothing to come of it… whatever. Portion size on Surf and Turf lacking and received a 2” x 2” piece of grouper so hardly worth the price. Skirt steak rare inside when Medium was requested. They could have done better tonight.
