Over the decades Continental Treat Fine Bistro has become the premier choice for anniversaries, birthdays, romantic dinners, wedding receptions and business dinners. Our culinary teams are working tirelessly on our innovative gluten free menu, while keeping the distinctive, traditional flavour of our most popular European dishes. To enjoy with your meal, we have an extensive stock of sumptuous wines, fine European beers, rare spirits and even small batch, nearly impossible to find Trappist ales.

The menu reflects a central and eastern European influence with the tastes of Poland, Germany, Hungary and Austria all amazingly and deliciously Gluten-Free.

-Reservations are always recommended for the best experience possible.
-Parties of 8 or more require a call to the restaurant and will require a deposit to secure the reservation
-Your large party will also be subject to an automatic gratuity of 18%

                                                                                                        First time to this restaurant. It was our 50th wedding anniversary. No special treatment from them other than a small chalk board behind our booth. My schnitzel was a bit overdone. My wife’s chicken was a bit on the tuff side. My mashed potato’s were cold. Found the restaurant ambiance too commercialized.( Previously was Hardware Grill wasn’t changed much to make it the continental treat.) This location isn’t quaint as their 82ave location. Drinks found expensive. Service was mediocre. Will go to their 82ave location but not this one.

All of the dishes were excellent and the service was attentive without hovering. A nice touch to have the string quartet playing in the background. A special evening for a special occasion.

The table was ready when we arrived, even though we were a bit early. The staff were very friendly and prompt. All the food was cooked to perfection. Fresh and full of flavour. The ambiance was great, the violin quartet was playing, it was the perfect volume. Loud enough we could hear but quiet enough we could still have a conversation. We had a wonderful dinner with our family. We will be back!

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was beautiful, and there was even live music which added so much to our night! We would highly recommend this restaurant and will absolutely be back.

                                                                                                        All who ordered soup had to send it back because it was luke warm. The server was so lovely. However, our perogies were also barely warm. They prepared a hot batch for all of us, and sent dessert to make up for the mishap. We come every year for convention and there is always some preventable issue. Not sure we’ll be back next.
