   Very mid! Food was good and used diverse spices that complimented each dish. Drinks and food was delivered slow. The ambiance was nice and we caught part of a live performance that was a great surprise. Valet needs more training on professionalism, for $30 to park more attention to detail was expected. Overall my experience was ok.

   Everything was GREAT, we will be back soon! I see pictures and videos all the time on social media but I had the pleasure of experiencing it first hand!

   Service, could have been better. There was a lack of attention towards our table, when it came to the food and drinks. We constantly had to get up and go inside to ask for a drink, update regarding our food, or silverware. When the food arrived, it was very good. I strongly recommend the Wagyu burger.

   Ordered the shrimps and grits and they were extremely spicy! Had to ask for more grits to try to cover up the spice, it didn’t work much. 2 of us ordered that and only 1 person sent it back which we both should have. The service was very good! The ambiance was awesome.

   I stayed at the hotel and wanted to try out the restaurant as well. We had the pork arancini appetizer, which was delicious; the seared duck for the main, it was superb; we closed with the pavlova dessert. It was a great experience, the service was great, ambience soothing and romantic, and the food devine. Take the time to visit this restaurant!

   The food was delicious. The service, excellent. I’m dsappointed with the Virgin Hotel / Commons Club because the heat in the restaurant was broken/out of service/inadequate, and after using a credit card to make a reservation on OpenTable we were not given the courtesy phone call, text, email informing us of this issue in advance. It was 37° outside and they knew their heat was broken but chose not to say anything. My wife looked beautiful and was excited for our date night however she never took off her coat due to the frigid temperature in the restaurant. Trying to eat a meal and have a relaxing evening is extremely difficult when you are cold and uncomfortable. Hindsight, we should have gone elsewhere. I guess the challenge in finding parking and another restaurant on Saturday night downtown would have limited our already short time away from our children and babysitter. The manager, who was very friendly informed us there was nothing he can do which is understandable. I guess. Although I am thankful to him for the round of drinks, it seemed the extent of his assistance was limited. No fault to the manager the server or the kitchen.  The hotel which operates the building the Commons Club restaurant is located in however is at fault, and most likely the reason we will not be back.

   We were staying in the Hotel. The food and staff were wonderful. It made the beginning of our vacation off to a great start.

    Waited longer than expected for table to be prepared after having a reservation and arriving early. Appeared to be under staffed.
