   This was my second trip to Club Car since the grand opening last summer . In a nutshell, the restaurant is nothing special with a boring menu and way over priced. With a bottle of over priced wine, dinner for two with tip was $206. For that kind of money I expect outstanding food from a creative menu. Won't be back again.

   Having visited this restaurant in its previous incarnations, we found the Club Car Grille to be a wonderful surprise. The squash soup, New England clam chowder, salmon, flourless chocolate cake, and banana bread pudding were all excellent, as was the service. The redone decor was attractive. We did not experience the noise levels that others have reported, most likely because we were there at lunch. The view out the window of the main dining room is not inspiring, so maybe next time we’ll try the tap room. We will return.

   This was our first time at this restaurant. We decided to try it out for restaurant week. The food was very good with unique appetizers such a polenta bites. The service seemed a little slow which was unusual because their seemed like plenty of wait staff. We will definitely try this place again.

   First time and we went for weekday lunch. The food was excellent. The fixed-price lunch is a decent value. The service was great, and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I'm sure it's louder and busier at night, but we had a really nice quiet lunch.

   Very expensive! We came here for many years when it was another name. Now, 2 appetizers cost $36. 3 drinks were $48. All in all, our bill was a little over $200 for 2 people. Food was OK, but not outstanding for that amount of money.

   Service was excellent. One person in our party ordered a pasta that did not mention on the menu that it had cream! They made a new one for her without the cream that was delivered rapidly !! Bouillabaisse was delicious! Goat cheese salad delicious,fresh with excellent citrus lemon dressing! Lopster roll was good…onion soup ok, tuna tartare very good. Portions were generous and food was fresh. Will return. 2nd time here and liked it both times!!

    Tried a new restaurant in Irvington. The food, service and ambiance was just ok. Nothing special. Perhaps it will get better in time…
