The kitchen was 'off' last night. The burger came with onion, and i asked for none. The burger was a bit dry and done, i asked for medium. The fries cold and over seasoned, and we asked for no spicy seasoning. BUT, the waitress was amazing and got us 2 huge containers of fresh, hot, unseasoned fries to go.

We recently dined at City Works in Watertown, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was delicious, and the menu had a great variety of options. However, our meal was delayed due to an unexpected plumbing issue at the bar. While it was a bit distracting for both us and the staff, they handled the situation as best they could under the circumstances. Despite the hiccup, the staff remained friendly and attentive, ensuring we were taken care of once the issue was resolved. We’d definitely return to enjoy the food and atmosphere when things are running smoothly.

I got the fish taco ... yum yum yum but this time the fish was so small. One tiny piece per taco. For $19, unacceptable. But, but.... the manager recognized the error and took half of the price! For half the fish, they was appreciated. Id still get it again. Yum

Wonderful neighborhood spot. Meatloaf meal was a surprisingly good choice. My partner’s meal could have been warmer in temperature. The volume of noise in the restaurant allowed for easy conversation. I will be returning.

Got the buffalo chicken dip which was decent. Steak salad had overcooked fatty tough steak and a small portion of it.

As usual, the burger is worth coming back for. Not a flat frozen patty. A juicy delicious cooked to your liking with hot spicy (or not if youd prefer plain) french fries! Yum
