   Our server was great and attentive. She accommodated our party of 10 and helped us celebrate our friend’s birthday.

   I made our reservation for 7:30 for a standard table, specifically. When we arrived at 7:30, we were asked if we would sit at a high top table. I told them we had specifically requested a standard table when we made the reservation on Open Table. I was told we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I was disappointed in this. I told the hostess that I had made the reservation for 7:30 and specifically requested a standard table. After a few minutes, we were seated at the standard table. The food is always great. The service was great. The noise level is pretty loud because all of the TV's were set to sports, football primarily.

   We had a great experience, and our server, Kyle, was the best. He was personable, funny, helpful, and very prompt with anything we asked for. Food was served hot and just as we ordered. Big screen tv’s had a good variety of sports on the screens.

   We had a very good experience for dinner at City Works. Angelica our server was prompt, friendly and helpful. The appetizers were excellent! Both the Spicy Shrimp and the Cheese curds (great value on the curds and some of the best we had as we are cheese curd aficionado's),were great. We were not overly fond of the Cuban Sandwich, a little dry and too much bread to meat ratio. We've had much better Cuban sandwiches. They also provided us with mini Snickerdoodle Pies for us as we were celebrating a birthday. We also had the baked cookie dough - delicious and decadent! The beer selection is amazing. Overall we had a very enjoyable dinner and pleasant experience at City Works.

   My first and last time to this establishment. Poor service, horrible duck nacho plate, not impressed. Poor management, waitress never smiled and was inconvenienced by doing her job, hostess was rude and not helpful.

    The service was great. However, both of us ordered the chicken which tasted like rubber and was inedible. I must say the manager was understanding and thankful we brought this to his attention.
