   Everything was good except the salmon - which would have been good if prepared correctly the first time. Unfortunately, it was ordered blacken but did not come out that way. It was sent back and reordered but it took way too long -we all had finished our meals - and the new one was very dry. The manager did not charge full price for the salmon which was nice. Other than that evening was a success. We will be back.

   We recently had the pleasure of dining at Citron Bistro with friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The roasted pepper soup was exceptional, boasting perfectly balanced ingredients. The calamari was lightly breaded and cooked to perfection. The chicken milanese was remarkably light and tender. Their special risotto of the night, featuring crab, celery, and herbs, was also very good. The pepper bacon jam-crusted salmon was cooked to a medium rare and literally melted in your mouth, with the potatoes, asparagus, and red pepper sauce serving as excellent accompaniments. The pork chop was truly amazing, with just the right amount of Apple Rosemary Glaze, served with mashed potatoes and carrots. Their blueberry bread pudding is an absolute must-try - it was incredibly light and airy. The service was impeccable and could not have been better. When visiting Vero, making Citron Bistro one of your absolute stops is highly recommended.

   Always a favorite go to place for us. We made a reservation to sit inside this time because the weather has been windy lately. Isaiah took great care of us. We like the atmosphere inside with the caveat that it can be noisy when at capacity.
