   Came here for my birthday dinner. Have been to a previous Brazilian Steakhouse before. So I knew the operations and experience on doing a “Churassco Experience.” The parking was nice. Didn’t have to struggle with finding a spot. I was served immediately when I turned my card over. The salad bar and hot dish stations were nice. Drinks were good. But noticed the amount of liquid was minimal. With a huge block of ice. I was kind of disappointed. Wished it would have had a beer list. Other than that had a lovely time.

   Tops marks for the restaurant service. We were seated promptly and the table service was friendly and prompt. I was a bit disappointed by the sides bar. Everything was served chilled - including the broccoli and asparagus. I would much prefer the vegetables to be served hot. On the plus side: The Italian antipasti items were very good, especially the marinated mushrooms and the build-your-own caprese salad. Of course the main attraction was the table side grilled meats - 14 different varieties according to our server. Some of them were outstanding - the honeyed pork belly, the ribeye, and the bacon-wrapped fillet medallions stood out. The lamb was also excellent. On the down-side: The chicken breast was very dry and overcooked, and some of the pork belly was dry and overcooked (be sure to try and get a more fatty piece to avoid that pitfall). There seemed to be an emphasis on trying to fill up diners with less expensive cuts of meat. A large percentage of the meats brought to our table were variations of sirloin steak, and I noticed the servers tended to give much larger portions of those meats. I went ahead and tried the first sirloin offering that came to our table, and found it be dry and tough. I declined all future sirloin offerings. Also on the "fill them up with cheap stuff" theme, we were immediately served mashed potatoes, fried bananas, and a house special bread at the outset. All three of those were excellently prepared, and we enjoyed them, but I couldn't shake the feeling they were employing varied strategies to limit costs by filling up diners with dishes made from less expensive ingredients. Overall, I think it is worth an occasional visit when one is in the mood for a large variety of all-you-can-eat meats. However, my wife and I both agreed after our meal that we would usually prefer going to a more traditional cook-to-order steak house when we're in the mood for steak.

   Amazing experience for our first time here visiting Tucson. Waiter was amazing and the people dishing the meat were fast and efficient

   We have dined here several time before it has always been been a great experience. the star was cook to our liking, the offering of lamb, pork belly, chicken were great. the salad and soup, along withnthe black beans and pork were tasty. We had three leches, and the papaya cream with cassis on top. Service was as always out stand even when my wikfem asked for her steak blue. Recommend this experience and dining for a long leisure meal with their house cottages and wine selections. The coffee is good also a great end to a meal.

   Excellent dining experience. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Service was outstanding, very attentive without being annoying. Cocktails are clearly crafted and never disappoint. Very highly recommend!

   The restaurant and staff are lovely. The restaurant is one click below the established competitors like Fogo de Chao. For example, the salad bar is missing the gorgeous flower arrangements and beautifully appealing food presentations of its competitors. Other little details like printing out a new menu instead of taping in revised prices speak to the missing elegance needed for a restaurant of this cost. The taste of the dishes were just average and all the meats were over salted. A nice effort, but the details do matter for most consumers like myself and my family.

   It was Delicious! Service was excellent! Food was fantastic! I had the salmon and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly! My husband had the meat and he had nothing but positive things to say about that. The salad bar had wonderful offerings and no way could you eat all that! We also shared dessert, Crème Brûlée, which was so good I am still remembering how it tasted! They also sent us home with some Très Leche, because we were celebrating our anniversary; haven't had that yet. It's in the refrigerator.

    The food was absolutely delicious! We tried so many different types of meat and it was very lovely. The service was extremely good and everyone we interacted with who worked there was kind and respectful. Overall good atmosphere and we will be back!
