   We have been to Chops several times. Decided to go for Easter Sunday dinner. We made reservations for 2:30 and arrived early to have a drink at the bar. Upon walking in the hostess was a bit "cold", the restaurant pretty empty and a woman singing VERY loudly. We sat at the bar and could not even hear each other-we contemplated leaving but the bartender told us she was only playing until 3pm, we decided to stick it out. 2:30 comes and we are seated at our table only to find they only offer brunch until 4 pm. We asked to move back to the bar and wait until 4pm. Restaurant still empty and the singer still playing LOUDLY (way too loudly for that size restaurant and given her location in the restaurant) The extremely rude hostess now shooting both of us dirty looks. I went to use the bathroom and upon walking back walked past a swinging door that almost smacked me right in the face, out pops the extremely rude hostess who realizes it's me and doesn't even apologize for almost hitting me with the door. We finally were seated and had our meal. After finishing our meal we met another couple sitting behind us who also had the same thoughts about the singer AND the hostess. It was their first time there but said they wouldn't return because the restaurant was way too loud and the hostess seemed bothered to do her job. We will not be returning to Chops.

   Delicious brunch! Will definitely return. Bottomless mimosa to start, which was absolutely bottomless - not even sure how many glasses i actually had. Ordered the beef medallions which were cooked perfect and outstandingly good. Hubbie ordered the chopped burger - he literally cleaned the plate, so good! We also had the root beer float and the brownie sundae for dessert, perfect endings and gave us more time in the restaurant which had a great intimate ambience, we really enjoyed ourselves. Well done!

   This was our first time dining a Chops and it was excellent. Everything from our greeting at the door until we left was perfection. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was

   First time we went was spur of the moment when our original spot for our anniversary didn't live up to the expectations and we were immediate impressed since then we've always had a great experience here probably the best whiskey sour I've had menu can be pricey but you get what you pay for in quality well worth it

    Wow!! Great from start to finish!! Loved the ambience and the treatment from staff. Food and drinks were amazing. Pricey but well worth it!! Great place for date or anniversary night.
