   Our server, Jacob, was excellent. Upon arrival, our family was seated in a corner booth, with a highchair already set up, waiting for us. A nice consideration for a family with young children. Jacob was very thoughtful with bringing out a plate of fruit immediately for our toddler to snack on, in combination with offering to bring her food out early, and even reminded us of the children's dessert option after we finished our meals - something most restaurants don't do anymore. Jacob was polite, kind, attentive, and interacted well, even with our 2.5 year old. The food was excellent, came in a timely manner, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Team work among the staff was also very evident, with multiple other staff running food, picking up plates, etc. Well done, yet again! Thank you!

   Food was very good, but took 30 min to get drinks for 4 people. Took another 20 min to place our order, server was not very attentive and waited again for box for leftovers and had to ask for bill at that time to make sure we wouldn’t sit again unattended.

   Chop is an excellent restaurant, and they craft delicius meals and drinks. I have eaten at this particular location many times and have had a different experience every time. They need to really revamp their approach to when things go poorly. I will pay full price for anyone who own their mistake. On two separate occasions, I have had issues with food not coming out when it was supposed to, and instead of the staff member completely owning the mistake, they found other things to blame. I would encourage management to rethink their strategy around errors and mistakes. I had items removed from my bill, which is appreciated, no doubt, but I would actually pay full price if staff were upfront about the issue instead of it always being the kitchen or the computer system. Anyway, I will continue to support this restaurant when I'm in the area because they do hit the mark on almost everything else.

   My steak was done to perfection, the atmosphere was good. Only one little thing - the beets were undercooked for my taste. The server was very attentive.

   Food was quite good, service was friendly and prompt. Not sure why the Happy Hour menu wasn't posted or even mentioned, but overall we are likely to go back

   Always a Great Meal, so great tasting and great service. Little touches like free Birthday dessert and even a Birthday card made my night.. Had a very enjoyable meal with attention from our server at always the right time. Thank you Chop.
