   Just another fantastic dining experience. Our server Julianne was genuine and hospitable. The plates were great - cocktail shrimp, truffle bisque, lobster bisque, filet and Kansas City Strip. The drinks were great and the non-alcoholic Cinnamon Fizz was exceptional. We went on Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was set up for that celebration. The hostesses were super kind. Highly recommend.

   This was our first visit to the Chop Shop and we love it. We will certainly become regulars. The atmosphere was totally awesome and the food was excellent. We had great service from Julianna G. Every single thing was terrific and it literally could not have been better. Love it! Highly recommend.

   I take the opinion that the curb appeal for a restaurant is integral in setting the stage for a dining experience. CSP good have done this better last night. We parked maybe 25ft from the entrance ramp and this immediate area was an “ice rink”, giving my party and I concern not only for our safety but also attention to detail by the CSP team. Then right in front of the ramp, was a delivery/ catering truck from another restaurant. Forcing us to take it even slower on the ice as it blocked a direct path to the entry ramp, and question if the catering truck was visiting the restaurant. Host was absent, so waiting sometime for a greeting, now if the place was hopping then I would understand. However we’re had a 7:15 res, and there were three other small tables already seated. Server seemed new so I will give her a pass, but it is imperative after you pour water or even after serving the beverages, should review menu additions or subtractions. We had to learn this after placing entree order. So unto the food steaks and pesto were the main and they were all well presented and seemed to be cooked to temp for the filet, but my KC steak was less rare and more medium which I will not focus on, as the flavor was good.
