This place prepares the Japanese Wagyu better than any other we've encountered so far in the US. We go here often, just for that, and this last time, we received an inferior cut with way too much solid fat. We usually do not complain, but this was way too much fat at $24/oz! Wagyu should be well-marbled, yes, but not solid pieces of fat. They were more than understanding and fired a fresh cut right away. Please be sure to trim these cuts before cooking! All that said, we will definitely be back!

Service was top notch. Were taken care of by several servers who were each professional and courteous. Shout out to Amanda who was amazing!! Onion soup was very spicy. We ordered a glass of Malbec and a Pinto Grigio. Neither were particularly good. Felt as if both needed to breathe a bit more. Ambiance nice. Pretty good price point for a high-end steakhouse. Other than the wine, the food was excellent. Hot baguette rolls with butter were excellent. Nice Niçoise salad, filet done to order, and excellent fresh creamed spinach and mashed potatoes for sides. Too full for dessert, but in a good way, after an excellent meal.

This was overall a great experience. Food was the most outstanding feature, with high quality ingredients thoughtfully and artistically presented. Steaks are a la carte, well-seasoned and perfectly prepared; sides are large portioned, simple but also well prepared. Other entrees come with chosen accompaniments which marry well with the protein. Seabass with mild caramelization on the outside and succulent juicy and flaky on the inside. The bisque, salads and appetizers all well received. In essence, we could not find any fault or criticism of the food. Wines are about at 300% markup, so expect to spend at least $150 for a bottle of cab to accompany the steaks, and there are many choices at a higher price point. It's not cheap - for our party of 4 the total bill, including tip was about $700; this included one bottle of one of their most inexpensive wines, a drink before, a starter, entree, (but not desserts). Because it's in the casino and there are no restrooms within the restaurant, one has to go out to the casino restrooms, and this means NOBODY under 21 is permitted in the restaurant, whether with a parent or not. So, for a special occasion, and/or when money is no object, this place is the place to go, and I look forward to returning.

Ambience was nice. The food was good but somewhat pricey for the value. It was the nicest restaurant at the property. Service was good.
