   Always a delicious meal. We were seated in the “library” section and it was very quiet. Request this area if you would like a table with as little noise as possible.

   Chives is one of our favorite dining spots locally. The food is always outstanding, and the staff and ambiance can’t be beat. We go just by ourselves, for a special night out, and we also take visitors there regularly - they are always wowed. As full-time Door County residents, we particularly like that they are open year-round. Kudos to them for their dedication to serving their community, not just the tourists!

   If you want an incredible Sunday Brunch in Door County year round, this should be your destination! Highly recommend a starter of the in house made Cinnamon Roll followed by any of the delectable entrees. Their home fries are uniquely spiced and pair well with all the dishes. We opted for Eggs Benedict this time; most egg-cellent! ;) I have also had the Cherry Bread Pudding French Toast and it is amazing! Glad to see they have kept that on the menu. Enjoy!

   Chives is a real gem in Baylies harbor. Their food is great. Their coffee is the best!!! They youse local products as much as possible and the proof is in the product!!! Everyone in Baylies are very polite!! And will fully explain their menu! We stop every time we’re in this area. You may want to get a reservation on Sunday for breakfast!!!

    Chives is a great restaurant in Door County. Been there often and the place delivers every time. Tonight we ate two items off the daily special list. And why not?? It will be fresh, one of a kind as to the menu choices. French prepared Sole was one; the other -mine, was black garlic linguine with seafood (lobster, clams and shrimp). Drinks are well done and presented well. We passed on dessert because we have Valentine treats at home. However, they are outstanding themselves.
