   Chef Bree was amazing! The cheese curds were so good along with the dip trio. The service was amazing. We knew we were in for a treat when the appetizers were so good. The food was even better! We got the crispy bowl and pulled pork. The pizza was 5 stars according to my 12 year old son. The cheese cake was out of this world. Yes it's pricey but totally worth it! We weren't fans of mindful brewing so we were cautiously optimistic for this new place. This far exceeded our expectations! We will be back! Thanks for a wonderful night out!

   Highly recommended Chimera Brewing! The beer lovers at our table throughly enjoyed the variety of beers. Cocktail drinkers savored well crafted cocktails. The food was excellent, fresh and full of flavor. Steak and burgers were perfectly done. Fish tacos were the best around. Service staff was knowledgeable and attentive to us. Chimera is a must try-and a definite go to place. Thanks Chimera!

   We were seated at our table and waited awhile for a server to come. There were 3 servers just standing around until one of them finally came over. This was not a busy time at the restaurant. The server who waited on us was very pleasant. The food was fine but our beers were flat. Don’t think we would come back again.

   Great experience! The service was fast, the food was delicious, and each drink we had was great! The cocktails were consistently great, and our server never kept our glasses empty. Definitely a new spot for us!

   Our food was bland and barely warm. Nothing was freshly cooked. The crunch bowl had overcooked rice, a spoonful of canned beans and corn and a piece of dried up chicken. I seriously couldn’t eat it. The Hades Revenge smash burger was flavorless. When you order something spicy like that, you expect at least salt and pepper on the meat….nope. Our server was very pleasant. We won’t be going back. It’s a neighborhood place and we really wanted to enjoy it. I hope they find a chef.

   We ordered pizza and wings. Both were very good, although next time I may lean towards their burgers! Service was also very good. This place was very organized and efficient for being so new. Just a note that they add on a 3% charge on the bill if you do not pay in cash. Also, our server asked if possible to leave her tip in cash, which I thought was kind of tacky.

   Food and service was fantastic, but if you are seated inside and it’s busy be prepared to repeat yourself because it is super noisy. Would still go back because of the excellent food and service, but we will probably sit outside!

    We had a great time! Staff was attentive and friendly. Fodd and drink was great. Will certainly return to Chimera Brewing!
