   As always the food was great but last night, it seems that admonition overbook and underestimate their own clients and here is why. I have to wait 30 minutes with my party until they assigned our table, then we have to wait another 10 minutes to get a waiter . Again, food was great as always but the waiter took about 25 minutes to ask for the desserts and coffee and at the end we were not able to have desserts and coffee. Finally, my sister in law had to look for our waiter to get the check because we have to leave for an event before mid night. Service was terrible and I would like to talk to a manager.    We totally enjoyed lunch at Chima today. The service was great and the food was excellent. Some of the meats were a bit salty and I missed the blue cheese mousse that they've had in the past but other than that our experience was terrific.

    I have never been disappointed each time I have been at Chima. And if given an option, I would do it over again. To the staff, whatever they get paid, they deserve a pay rise every week! Splendid experience, I must say.
