   We visited on Christmas, and the place was packed! However, management planned for this and set out appetizers for everyone to enjoy while waiting for their table. While the buffet wasn’t our style, the food was tasty. More importantly, the meats, pineapple, and accompaniments were delicious! The service was fantastic, and we were consistently offered foods. Oh, and the sangria was tasty and plentiful!

   Even though it was a very busy crowded Christmas Day our reserved Open Table was ready and waiting for us. It was located in a prime spot away from the crowd and traffic. Our hostess, Andrea, was busy with us and other tables she and her team were waiting on. However, they were superb and a pleasure to have to serve our party of nine. We have experienced the same great service, food, and wine array several times and plan to continue. I heartily recommend Chima-Tysons to everyone!

   This was my first time at Chima and everything was wonderful from start to finish! Service was friendly and professional. The quality of the food was perfect and there was plenty available with every trip to the buffet. Looking forward to going back!

   We usually celebrate our Christmases at Chima. The service is exemplary. If ever we experience a hiccup, the Manager immediately walks around to listen and within minutes jumps into action. There are times especially Christmas Day when the restaurant is in full swing and depending on the seating, the selections are not brought around to the back of the restaurant as timely. Once we told our waitress, who immediately brought the Manager to our table - we had the freshest, most seasoned and hottest selections, and it made for a wonderful experience

    Food was good but service was worse I have had. I've been going here for years for some reason the service was terrible this time. We ordered some drinks from the waiter they didn't come so we had to talk to the manager Michael to get them to us and then on top of that my drink was wrong. Our waiter was not around that much it was my son's birthday I had to ask multiple times for dessert a dessert menu and the check I never got the dessert menu. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. My so was wondering what was taking so long to leave. On top of that the check was wrong and so I had to get the waiter again to change it it just took a whole lot of time
