We had dinner at Chilte last night. We were greeted promptly inside the door and quickly shown to our table. Our server quickly brought water and gave us a nice introduction to the restaurant and the menus. The wines are all from Mexico and our server brought a small sample of one for my friend to try, which she found to be very nice. The menu is divided into small, medium and large plates. We found sharing one small and one medium was enough for the two of us when supplemented with a fabulous scoop of ice cream for dessert. The aguachile and chef’s small plate were both very flavorful. A great meal with two drinks and dessert with a total bill of just over $100 including tip. We definitely plan to return.

Erin the server was amazing. Polite, friendly and not overbearing. The flavors in the food worked really well together but the star of the show was the dessert. It was a Baklava cheesecake and blew my mind.

The poblano relleno, birria tacos and ceviche were all top notch. Spanish style cheesecake for desert is also pretty great, fluffy and not too sweet. Great stop

This was our first time dining at this restaurant. The menu is very limited. My friend’s husband ordered the bone marrow for dinner and the portion size is small. My husband and I ordered the MSG. He had the roasted chicken and the meat was red and had blood on it. He could not finish it. I had the pork chop and it was delicious. Our dinner bill was nearly $270 and neither of us had alcohol. I had water and he ordered lemonade. Cost is too high for portion sizes and limited menu. Our service was exceptional though. She was very attentive and knowledgeable.

All of the food choices were great. From the starters to the main course and then the deserts. I cannot complain. Everyone loved their meal and also the drinks selections. Chef LT smith should be a James beard finalist as his food is amazing.

Perfect. We went for New Years with their special steakhouse pop up. Incredible in every way. Can’t wait to go back and try the traditional menu. Love the vibe and folks in front and behind the scenes.
