Chez Max Palace Street, situated in the heart of Dublin City Centre next to Dublin Castle, invites you to experience its charming French ambience, bistrot, and café. Guests can relax on the front terrace, enjoy the Parisian vintage indoor area, or unwind in the heated back patio.

To reserve a group lunch (for parties of 9 or more) or a group dinner (for parties of 7 or more), bookings cannot be made through this platform. Please email us at chezmaxpalace@gmail.com, and we will provide a form to collect the necessary details.

Reservation timeframes:
**Lunch Seating:** 1 hour 30 minutes
**Dinner Seating:** 1 hour and 45 minutes for reservations at 5pm, and 2 hours for bookings from 6pm onwards.

Loved Chez Max. It felt like stepping into a little piece of France. The staff were welcoming, the food was just delicious from start to finish. Don’t know how I didn’t come here sooner. Will be back.

It had been a while since I ate at Chex Max and I must not leave it as long again! The food was great; it felt authentically French. In fact I had a French colleague with me and he verified the French authenticity of the food. The people working there were very attentive, without being intrusive. It is a small restaurant and the tables are very close, but that is part of the offering and the charm.

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely lunch here today. My daughter wanted to taste the Soupe à L'Oignon and was not disappointed.. Lovely, tasty food and atmosphere with a French feel in a lovely cosy environment..would recommend

My first time back at Chez Maz for almost a year. Excellent service and food. Had les escargot and the plat du jour which was haddock. The only challenge was a very loud customer having a meeting which we all heard
