   The waiter was very attentive and kind. It was a very nice experience for my husband and I. When we are back in Myrtle beach we will definitely go back to this restaurant.

   Our experience was nice, the staff was great and the food was impeccable. We also enjoyed seeing the turtles and gators. Venue was pleasant, nothing loud and crazy.

   We decided on what was advertised as lump crab cakes and Ahi Tuna salad. The crab cakes were highly disappointing. There were no lumps to be found. The Tuna was not of the highest quality. Needless to say, we would not order these items again.

   We were seated as soon as we arrived. Lucky for us there was a table by the window so we could enjoy the view of the pond and nature. Our waiter, Chris, was excellent. Our meals were cooked to perfection and delicious. Chestnut Hill is definitely a favorite of ours. We will certainly come again.

   We completely enjoyed our dining experience at Chestnut Hill. The service was impeccable, salad so fresh , breads hot and the entrees generous and very tasty! We will be back!!

    Food is great, and I've been coming here for many many years, but the sides could use some improvement. The potatoes are flavorless and the mixed veggies arent good at all. I don't like cauliflower, and there's a lot of it in the mixed veggies. If you sub something else like spinach instead of those veggies, they upcharge you. Also, when you order a dish that automatically comes with rice (such as the shrimp sampler), why does it also automatically come with potatoes? Would love something like roasted green beans, roasted asparagus, fried okra, twice baked potatoes, cheesy garlic mashed potatoes or corn as options in place of the mixed veggies or new potatoes. Otherwise, service is great, ambiance is great and the main entrees are delicious. Love the cheese biscuits and muffins and the side salads are great as well. Get better sides and the restaurant will be a 10/10.
