FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating.

FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.

Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated. Some allergies may be accommodated, please immediately inquire to info@4springstreet.com prior to booking. Salt, soy, seaweed and seafood cannot be eliminated.

    One of the most creative holiday menus ever! Turkey foie gras mousse , pumpkin soup with chili and turkey ramen were outstanding. Bread pudding with turkey confit was also amazing. Pecan pie with vanilla ice cream was the best we have ever tasted. (Thank you Audrey) James and Jared took very good care of us and gave us another memorable evening at Four.

    Food and entire experience were outstanding. We had 17 different and very imaginative dishes. The presentation, preparation and quality were extremely impressive. It is a unique and amazing experience, especially having it in Oyster Bay. The food was some of the best I have ever had, and I have eaten all over the world. The wine pairing truly enhanced the experience. It was extremely expensive, but totally worth it.

    The Oktoberfest special menu was terrific! Every course was memorable, but the Bauernwurst sausage was amazing, as was the spaetzle . Kudos to Audrey for the Sacher torte..it was better than the original from Vienna. It is always special to spend an evening with the 4 J’s..Jesse, James, Jared, and Jenni. They are the best! Another 5 star***** experience!

    Was absolutely delightful, as fate would have it there was a reservation of 7 that cancelled so we were fortunate to have the entire restaurant to our selves. So everything was geared to us right down to the music. The chef was accessible and everything was really nice. The food was delicious. We went with the wine pairing as well as the caviar enhancement. Would definitely do it again

    I've eaten at the best restaurants around the globe and would say Four stands up as one of the finest I've dined at in Long Island. Phenomenal experience by this world class operator.

    Crudo & Pizza! Such a fun menu. Every course was expertly prepared and presented, and all were terrific. Watching the pizza cooking in front of us really added to the experience. Jesse, James, Jared, and Jenni (the 4 J’s) were the perfect hosts. Clearly, without a doubt, this is a 5 ***** review!!
