   The food was terrific and the ambiance pleasant. Only suggestion relates to the service. Would have liked the server to check in with us more often to find out if we needed anything.

   Definately good energy on a Friday night. Service was excellent - had a very nice, on it, server. Food was very good. Two of us had blackened salmon and thought it was really good - and filling! One had a hamburger and said it was fabulous. My only negative is the noise level very high. Love the fun energy but hard to hear.

   Enjoyed Burger Tuesday with friends after visiting the nearby Kreeger Museum. Awesome lunch, Michelle was great, and we able to linger for a bit and catch up with friends visiting from Turkey. We weren't made to feel rushed at all. Thanks!

   We could eat outside which was great. My meal was not good at all— had the tofu dish. No flavor , dry asked for no peppers before ordering yet got peppers. Disappointing

   We rank Chef Geoff near the top of our list for local excellent restaurants, and get there at least 2-3x/month. Lately I've been a little disappointed in the limited fish offerings, some of which come with too much rich sauce or bacon and the like; and how quickly the kitchen runs out of the fish (e.g., there was only one serving of salmon left when we were there for our 7pm reservation). The service is fantastic, and we really love the place. Just two cents worth on some things to think about.

   One of the best Happy Hours in DC — delicious, piping hot & very flavorful food, great value & terrific service from Erin. Standouts include fish tacos, cauliflower tacos, Caesar salad & generous pours of good wine & big draft beers.

    The evening started out good, waitress came promptly, took our drink order. Margarita and Gin & Tonic tasted great. Food order taken promptly. Appetizers were delivered in a good time, although the Gumbo was lukewarm, Ceviche Cocktail was low on fish and high in fruit so that was disappointing. Our main course took a little longer, the Mushroom Ravioli was tasty but again, a lukewarm dish. The Creole Cioppino was way lacking in broth with too much spaghetti. We were looking for our waitress to order more drinks and ask for a spoon. She had totally disappeared. After about 15 minutes, we gave up on the drinks and the spoon. We eventually asked another waiter to find her, he simply brought us a desert menu. We politely declined and asked for our check. The waitress showed up with the check and I said You disappeared on us" her response was, "Yes, I got busy". Curious, that our service was not as important as other diners. I have eaten here before so this was, hopefully an anomaly.
