   Excellent food and service. Our waiter, Preston, was very attentive and we didn't have to ask for refills or wait long for food. He was constantly refilling our drinks and willing to help. The food was simply amazing. From the salad to the main entree, excellent. Our regards to the chef. This was a wonderful anniversary dining experience.

   Do not order the lava cake. Upon sitting, the server told us the lava cake takes 35 minutes to prepare. So my wife wanted it and ordered it at the same time as our drinks and entrees. We had a good dining experience until finishing our entrees and multiple drinks, yet still had to wait over 30 minutes for the lava cake. The temperature dropped as well as we waited. We were told a service elevator was left open allowing cold air to enter our dining area. The cake took so long I told the server to box it to go. My wife’s birthday lava cake had to be brought back to hotel and .. well it’s not the same dining at a restaurant to a hotel room cold cake and warm ice cream. Something small ruined our entire night. I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service on this matter!

   The staff told us the engine was replaced the same day to rotate the restaurant. It was much faster than it used to be and we were just there a month ago for a Christmas party. It actually made us a little dizzy this time. We had reservations but still had to wait awhile to get our table and the hostesses just stood there smacking their gum and not seeming to care. My shrimp was almost $30 for five shrimp, no sides and no dipping sauce that was supposed to accompany it.

   Our server Josh was phenomenal. He did an excellent job making our visit and celebration very special.

   We were so disappointed with our experience for lunch today. First, they seated us right by the kitchen where there was constant traffic. Then, our waiter was just OVER his job from the start. He did not want to be of any help. We waited forever to get refills. They didn’t even clear off excess utensils and plates after we ate our appetizers and just served us our entrees with all the plates piled up. It took over an hour to get our entrees. All around, just a mess. Not coming back to Chart House.

   I rarely leave reviews but where do I begin. My server Deemus was not very hospital and even took the liberty to hand write out on a piece of paper separate from the receipt, suggested tip amounts up to 25%. He also pointed out to us that he did that as if to suggest we wouldn't tip. It was very unprofessional. Also he brought out my lava cake desert with the word “congratulations” on it as I was celebrating a job promotion. It was spelled “congradulation.” It was also freezing cold in the restaurant. I was looking forward to having an amazing dinner here but between the ambiance, my borderline rude waiter, etc. It ruined the experience.

   The service was very, very slow . Our waiter was a very pleasant young man, polite and gracious. By his own admission he was new and inexperienced. The temperature was very cold inside, so food immediately lost its warmth. Mechanical problems prevented the restaurant from turning, which is one of the reasons we wanted to have dinner there.

   I dined with my boyfriend on a Friday. I made a reservation and requested to be seated away from any children, as we wanted a romantic dinner. The experience was wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious, the service was on point, and the view breathtaking.

   Potatoes were cold and fish was over seasoned. Revolving restaurant is not working. Fading pictures and lighting is strange with reflections. Tell Tillman to but done table lamps.

    We were treating our friends from Chicago to this experience of the chart house. We were not told that the restaurant was not revolving due to operational issues. That's the main reason to come to this restaurant. The experience! Very disappointing. Food had to be sent back, over cooked. Our waiter was over zealous, this is not a good quality. He spent more time talking to our guests than we did. 😞 This was a very expensive night, for a very lack luster evening out. I'm extremely dissatisfied, and my husband and I really love coming here. You should have disclosed that the restaurant wasn't operational, and your waiter needs additional training, as to NOT be intrusive, just attentive, there is a difference. This one bad experience will not stop us from coming back, however; we would prefer to have the restaurant functioning properly (should be disclosed at time of reservation, if not), and more appropriate service. It was very cold as well. Just overall, a bad experience. We requested Armondo, but he was taking care of a party. Now there's an excellent server, Armando!
