    Our last New Years Eve dinner at the Chart House for 2019/2020 was not good. Food was meh, service was abysmal and we were seated in a side room, despite tables near the windows being available. Decided to give the Chart House another try this New Years Eve and had an excellent experience. Service was pleasant and not rushed, food was excellent, and we were seated in the main dining area with a nice view of the ocean despite the restaurant being very crowded when we arrived for our 10:30 pm reservation. Our server, Christina, made our experience even better as she was very busy, but never failed to check in on us or quickly fulfill any of our dining requests. Highly recommend as the Chart House seems back on it's game.

    We checked in for our reservation and were immediately told it would be at least a 30 min wait. At 30 min we checked again and they told us we were marked as a no show 😱! We waited another 20 minutes and then we sat. It was getting late so we took remaining courses to go. We got home and they gave us wrong items.

    Our waiter Miles was a 10/10 Hardest working waiter in restaurant. Excellent service on a very busy New Years Eve. We will be back and ask for Miles again.

    It was New Years night and it’s always tough on a restaurant but the Chart House did a masterful job. We weren’t rushed, the food was great ( as always) our server Kenny took great care of us and lastly the Manager Scott was exemplary. He was everywhere…patient, attentive, even with the packed house with many waiting it never felt like it….thank you…

    It is frustrating to go out and spend 200 dollars for dinner for two and walk away feeling like “that’s it.” Not slot of bang for your buck. This is literally the first time I have ever written a review. Waitress was nice however.
