   Check in started off amazing. We were sat at our table immediately. Shortly after our waitress took our drink and appetizers order. We ordered the Muhi Tuna and Crab Cake. It took around 30 minutes to receive our crab cake. We were told our tuna would be right out. After an additional half hour we still had not received our tuna, refills, or had not been checked on by our waitress. After an hour and fifteen minute wait the waitress noticed we had still not received our tuna and asked if it had came out yet. Obviously it hadn't or the plate would've still been on the table like the crab cake dish was. After an additional 20 minute wait we received the remaining appetizer. We proceeded to wait an additional 40 minutes for our entrees to come out. The two prime ribs were over cooked, we ordered medium, and they came out almost well done, and was so salty you couldn’t stomach it. Now don’t get me wrong, I enjoy salt. So this should tell you how salty they were. Management was advised of the issues and offered no compensation except for, I’ll recook your steak, which would’ve caused an additional delay and we were already late to previous engagements due to the issues we experienced. We watched four tables get sat after us, receive food before us and was completely finished and leaving before we received our tuna. I will not be back, management had ample opportunity to at-least comp one plate for the inconvenience. I will go to Prime, The Precinct or just take a direct to flight to Las Vegas if I want 5-Star dinning. This is place is far off from what I know of “Fine dining” to be!

   Honestly, the restaurant is very nice. Location and view (window seat) was nice. Food was just ok, kind of bland. For the money, I was not impressed. There are far better places to attend for high quality food for much less. I am not opposed to a high bill when the food leaves me saying “that was worth the cost.” I just didn’t feel like this dinner did that for me.

   Went there tonight and had a very bad service experience. We went there for a birthday party and the food was cold. Our server was overwhelmed and very slow getting our drinks much less getting our order out to us. It was the worst experience I’ve had there after many times. While I’ll go there again I am hesitant to as I don’t want another poor experience.

   We went for the Early dinner before a show. My husband did order from the early menu but I had their special fresh flounder with lump crab filling. It was excellent.

   Outstanding Service from Waiter L! I had the pleasure of dining with a large group of 13, and Waiter L went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, they handled our table with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm attitude that made us feel truly welcome. Despite the challenge of serving such a large group, Waiter L was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full, our orders were accurate, and any special requests were met with a smile. His ability to manage multiple orders seamlessly while maintaining a friendly and engaging demeanor was truly impressive. The level of service provided made our meal not just enjoyable but memorable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly.    I recently dined at The Chart House on Valentine's Day, and it was a delightful experience! The service was wonderful, making us feel special throughout the evening. The drinks were fantastic, perfectly complementing our meals. I especially enjoyed the snapper, which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place for a romantic night out!

    The food was excellent. Rainy night but still excellent views. The Shrimp Beignets, Lobster Bisque, Swordfish, Stuffed Shrimp, and Lava Cake were all delicious.
