   Terrible experience. Worst table in restaurant and poor service. It was my husband’s 60th birthday and I booked the reservation early on line, then followed up with a phone call. I had requested a table by the bay so we could watch the boats. We literally received the worst table in the restaurant. The table was in the corner next to the server station. My back was to the water. There was an open table by the bay and we were told that was for a “VIP”. The service was poor as well. The server took a significant amount of time to come to our table. Then she brought the wrong bottle of wine and the salad arrived well before the correct wine was brought. When we asked about bread, she said she “had not gotten to that yet”. Next the entrees arrived before we were finished with salads. Would NOT recommend this restaurant for any event or even dinner.

   Arrived 5 minutes before reservation and was told they were "running late". When we inquired about how late, they told us "at least 30 minutes". We went to the bar and found a table being vacated by friends of ours who were being seated after a 40 minute delay. After we sat at a bar table we learned that the full menu was available so we decided to eat there. 30 more minutes before a bar tender acknowledged us. Drinks took awhile. Unfortunately the kitchen timing wasn't great either... Halfway through our appetizers the meal arrived. Owners need to rethink concept. Nothing about it was "prime". Steak was so-so, scallops and shrimp were over sauced. With so many other restaurants in the area, this will be our last visit. Lewnes for steaks, Olearys for seafood. Shop local, it's better.

   Our server was great. We had a 7pm reservation and weren't seated until 7:45. Drinks were great, salads were great, shrimp cocktail was very good. Lamb chop entree was good but not hot when served.

   Quite a long wait despite making a reservation. Slow service. Great lakeside view and ambience. Worth a visit for once.

   Another beautiful celebration at this amazing restaurant! We arrived early and sat at the bar and ordered drinks while the manager secured us a table. Wonderful service beginning to end. The food is a work of art and delicious. Attention to detail at every turn. I can’t say enough about this establishment. A win!

   We made a reservation on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy. We were told we had to wait for a table to be cleared and in the meantime other parties without reservations were being seated ahead of us. There was a table by the window available but the host wanted to seat us in an interior booth set up for six and there was just the two of us. He moved us to the window table after I asked to be moved. We waited almost 20 minutes until the general manager came over to the table appearing to act confused. No one had taken our drink order or brought bread to the table. Another manager came over and began explaining the entire menu... definitely a stall tactic because the server and kitchen was slow. Our drinks were not comped nor was there an apology. The guests behind us were having trouble as well. There are nicer and better managed restaurants in Eastport. We will be dining at one of them in the future

    The Chart House in Annapolis is my favorite place to go and have a wonderful dinner with special friends. The food and service are amazing.
