    Parking was nonexistent - had to walk 2 blocks due to all the golfers usurping restaurant parking. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was less than half full. The Bloody Mary was watery and not even stirred to blend the alcohol floating on top. The Eggs Benedict was lukewarm with the egg overcooked. The omelet was overcooked and rubbery. Shrimp and grits was acceptable, though the grits were grainy and not creamy. From other reviews and past experience here, I certainly expected better.

    We sat out on the patio. Nice view of the course and great ambiance. Our server and service was good as well. Food was excellent. We’ve been here several times and will definitely be back. Great place.

    We used to live in Lake Charles And spent nearly every Sunday at the Chart house for brunch. It’s just as good as we remembered. One request…. Bring back the lobster rolls. ;-)

    The food was amazing. The prime rib was perfect, my wife’s scallops and shrimp were perfect. The scallops were huge! Jay was great as our server, we will be asking for him again. Just a great place to eat, highly recommend.

    Food good. Nothing great and pricey for what we got. I had shrimp Caesar salad and he had a seafood omelet and we both had ice tea and it was $72. So with tip $85. Not that great for the price tag.

    We always enjoy dining here. The staff is very friendly. Escargot is fantastic. Ask for bread with it. Isaiah was our waiter he gets 5 stars.
