We are proud to offer the world’s largest selection of draft beers available in one restaurant! With 436 rotating taps, a cocktail/wine bar, and a full-service kitchen there is something for everyone at CBG! Our First Floor offers a full cocktail bar and 190 local NC beer options. These bars are rightly named Spirits Bar and Local Bar. Our Second Floor offers 236 International and Domestic Beers, named International Bar. Our 3rd-floor rooftop offers Top 25 beers and a smaller spirits bar.

Reservations:
We take reservations Sunday-Thursday (with the exception of restaurant closures).
We ONLY take reservations for our First Floor Patio and Indoor tables.
Our bar seats and ROOFTOP are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE reservations NOT taken for the roof top.
For Parties 15+ please contact our events manager at Events@charlottebeergarden.com with your name, number of people, the date you would like a reservation, and contact information and they will get back to you within 72 business hours.

Told me I didn’t have a reservation. Didn’t seat us. Told us to order at bar yet a waiter came to table later. . Very rude. And place was dead. O excuse. Food selections very limited.

Only issue is I reserved a group size of 14 but when I showed up the tables were not reserved. Luckily they were not busy and my friends and I were able to move tables together to sit together. Would have been nice to have it set up knowing we were coming in advance.

My friends and I were there for the NSR Kenny Chesney Party on Friday, 26 April 2024 before the "Sun Goes Down 2024 Concert" on Saturday, 27 April 2024. The party was full of energy and the DJ's were fantastic!

Don’t bother making a reservation. There is just a bouncer at the door and no one to seat you or take your order. You order food and drinks at the bar and wait back at the table. Cool place for a drink and maybe an appetizer but definitely not a restaurant/meal vibe. Also the drink menu on Opentable and the drink menu at the restaurant doesn’t match. I ordered what was described as a seltzer on the menu I saw and was given what was clearly an IPA, obviously very different. Many of the names were mixed up.

The Charlotte Beer Garden has a great outdoor area, and the food is above average for a bar. They do have a staggering amount of beer choices which is really fun. They are not able to accommodate parties over 8 people, so if you go, go in a small group. I had a reservation for 10 for dinner and drinks and they would only smash us into a table for 8 despite the fact the place was more than half empty with a ton of open tables. We had to move 2 times and they still didn’t accommodate us. They could have easily given us the space we needed to eat but they did not. Management can improve their customer service and basic business knowledge.
