Food was excellent, though a little bit expensive. Service was ok - staff are friendly, but not very professional. For example, they had to be told to bring cutlery, water, etc. Nice ambiance and beautiful wall colours/wall decorations.

Visiting our son. We are from UK but lived In Melbourne in 2000. Heard about this place and it lived up to everything. Quite small and “rustic” but the food was fantastic. Freshly cooked, tasted fantastic and service was relaxed and very attentive. Go early as I can imagine it gets very busy later. But a must go.

The best dum biryani and very authentic refined flavours and textures! Pepper prawns were superb and cocktails very well executed! Cannot wait to return :-), thanks, Rachi and Adam

The Fairfield and Carlton venues couldn't be more different. In g fact i think its misleading to advertise them together. One is bright light and feels like a modern restaurant with great service and modern food, the other is dark, small shop front where the service is ho hum and to make matters worse most of the food was cold.

I finally found an Indian restaurant with authentic taste. 😊 food is beyond good. Pav Bhaaji, kadai paneer and tandoori roti was just amazingg.. loved every bit of it.
