   My wife wanted to celebrate her birthday today at Chama Gaucha. Based on previous positive dining experiences here, today did not disappoint! The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Our favorite was the garlic sirloin, with the filet mignon in a close second. The variety of meat selections and impressive salad bar is exceptional. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the table next to us was also celebrating. While it was a little loud, we had a great time and celebrated with the other table on our way out! Thank you for such an enjoyable dining lunch experience today celebrating my wife's birthday. She had the best time!

   The food and service was excellent! We have been to several Brazilian steak houses and this is the best we have had. When visiting San Antonio again, we will definitely make it a point to have dinner at Chama Gaucha again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

   Hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. Worth every dollar. The filet mignon, mashed potatoes, moscato and tres leche were top notch by far. Excellent service and just amazing food!!

   The food was outstanding and made our Christmas celebration so easy. We are in the middle of remodeling our house, so I have no kitchen. Deciding to do dinner here was a great idea. The food and service was so good. The only issue I had was that prices were raised for Christmas, and I guess I can understand that. Paying $50 for a salad bar since I’m a vegetarian, was a bit out of line.

   The service was fantastic however the meat served, although very flavorful, was very salty especially the chicken. For diners with kidney problems or diabeties it would be wise to avoid their menu. Apparently we were there at one of their peak times consequently the noise level was as such that it was difficult to hear the servers announce which meat they were presenting. Finally, finishing off the meal with a coffee we found it to be subpar in flavor. Maybe they intend their coffee to be flavored with liquor but served black didn’t measure up to McDonald’s brew.

   My husband and I took my 97 year old almost totally blind and frail father to eat for Christmas. The food was so good but the service was beyond compare. The staff was incredibly gracious and caring for my father. I cannot say enough good things about how much fun they made our’s and my father’s dining experience.
