I recently dined at Cha-Bella and appreciated the great service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, I found the food disappointing; the shrimp was undercooked, and overall, I felt it was overpriced for the quality.

Good and friendly service, good menu and wine selections, reasonable prices, delicious food. Note: they charge 3% for credit card charges.

Like all the other Thanksgiving dinner reviews, our was also a total disaster. The owner/management owe an apology to all their Thanksgiving customers as well as their staff. We were seated an hour after our reservation time. Two hours after being seated all we had been served was a mediocre appetizer. The staff was totally overwhelmed and exasperated. There was zero communication from anyone. A three course prix fixe meal for $90 is what was advertised, which creates some expectation of quality, however the food was a joke. We remained polite and tried to make the best of it, but it was absurd. We received our second course, the entree, two and half hours after sitting down. Many customer were angry and disappointed. We were fortunate that our meal was comped. It was not worth $20, let alone the $90 they advertised. I hope the owner reads these reviews and adjusts course.

I am not sure where to start. Reservation only price fixed dinner. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 1 hour to sit down. Staff was kind but everything was a hot mess from check in to dinner. Waited 30 minutes between courses. Food had to be returned because it was not cooked at all and was honestly mediocre. Obviously understaffed because the hostess was clearing tables as she seated parties. We will not be returning.

We went for Thanksgiving and the experience was horrible. Management clearly failed to plan and this created chaos. The employees were stressed and haggard. The meal was served 2 1/2 hours late and courses not timed. The food portions were inconsistent and the quality was not the farm/sea to table caliber advertised. Perhaps the restaurant does better normally but should not attempt holiday service again until they learn how to do better. Paying over $600 for a table of 4…..we expected much more and were extremely dissapointed.

What a terrible Thanksgiving meal. The assorted breads ended up being one dinner roll each. This was extra unfortunate when we had to wait over two hours past our reservation time to get our entrees. Our reservation was for 45 minutes after they opened and they were already out of pecan pie. It took over three hours to finish a three course meal. Our server was MIA most of the time. They did discount our dinner because of the poor experience. But I still left feeling disappointed.

We were in town for Thanksgiving and had made reservations for Cha Bella. It took an hour to get our appetizer, which was a sad excuse for a Charcuterie board (a few crackers, piece of cheese, two small pieces of salami and a tsp of honey), and another hour to get our meal, which was just ok quality and the food was only warm, not hot. Our desert took another 30 minutes which was the smallest piece of pie I’ve ever seen. This was a Pre-fix costing $95/pp for small portions and poor quality, and took three hours total. We have traveled all over the world, and this was the worst food experience we have had to date.

Food flavor was good but the wait between courses was long, not impressive menu for the value. We did have a great experience in our first visit.

I chose the thanksgiving pre set 3 course menu for 95$, while I understand it was thanksgiving & will always give grace to a business on holidays- my grouper entree came out raw. My cheese plate appetizer was also extremely underwhelming with only 3 pieces of cheese, two crackers & two pieces of meat. Once my entree came out raw I just wanted to pay for whatever I owed and go to somewhere down the street. Thankfully they didn’t ask me to pay for anything which again I really appreciated. I think they were just extremely busy as it was thanksgiving, I would be willing to try again when they aren’t as busy since I’ve heard very good things. The servers were very kind as well. Mistakes happen!

Very good food and nice choices, great service. It was Thanksgiving - reservations only, which we had. However, it seemed like they overbooked. We were finally seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. It took an hour to get our soup & salad and very long waits between courses. We were not out of there for over three hours! We’d try it again on a non-holiday night.
