    The food was delicious and the staff were great. Everyone was pleasant and couldn’t help you enough. This is a five star restaurant. On my advice get there soon. Tama

    Wonderful thanksgiving experience at the Boathouse. Great service, food and lake views from anywhere you are. We were by the windows so wonderful view. Festive. A NY classic!

    This was our first visit to New York and a friend recommended The Boathouse. We had a lovely window and very friendly server. I had the vegan and gluten free mushroom entree and members of our party enjoyed pasta, crab cake, burgers, soup and salad. All of the dishes we delicious! We walked to the restaurant after visiting The Met for a couple of hours. After lunch, we walked back to the museum until close. A magical NYC day!

    Checkin was great but unfortunately the service is not what you should have to expect. It is just evident that they are mainly dealing with tourists and the level of service overall is just low. 20% of tip automatically added to your check is the best way to not motivate your employees to do their best.

    Overhyped. The service was really bad and the place was not clean- bathrooms filthy and food slow and was not good. Almost like banquet food.
